As a Team Leader you will lead our sales journey, ensuring that they provide a world-class customer experience to all consumers who approach MoneyPlus for financial Advice on their debts.

Most of this role is day-to-day leadership, coaching and developing the sales team, managing rotas, motivational sales meetings, performance management, and supporting with consumer engagement.

You will also ensure that all colleague development activities are carried out and your team is motivated and inspired to meet and exceed KPIs.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Have experience leading a team – this is essential for this role.
  • Ideally, you will have a background in financial solutions
  • Efficient Problem-Solving Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Motivated and driven to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Ability to use Windows (Excel/ Word/PowerPoint)

What would your typical day involve?

  • Have an exciting Team with voices who roll up their sleeves and knuckle down to ensure great savings are made to great people with a vision of “Help people live better”, we believe together we can do just that!
  • Each day is about prioritising that day’s workload and ensuring your day is organised to maintain workloads and responsibilities.
  • Looking after a sales team, you will need to ensure motivation remains high at all times to succeed in achieving targets and KPIs, setting incentives and creative ways to push performance.
  • Managing and acting quickly with any under performance to ensure optimum performance from the team is enabled.
  • Ensuring all agents have their workload and targets for the day and know what is required.
  • Monitoring calls to ensure coaching and feedback is provided where required to maintain compliance.
  • Tracking team and individual performance to show changes and improvements.
  • Being creative with communication to engage with new and existing customers.
  • Actively floor walking and live listening to ensure you are maximising teams performance each day.
