Scope of Job.

Plan, create and implement a detailed SEO strategy for the group. This will include keyword research, content writing, identifying technical issues and ongoing optimisation.

The SEO & Digital Marketing Executive will support the rest of the marketing team on all internal and external communications and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisation skills and be ready to engage proactively and work in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment.

Principle accountabilities & responsibilities.

  • Responsible for SEO strategy and hands on implementation.
  • Identifying technical issues and work with the website development team to fix issues.
  • Optimisation of Digital Marketing approaches to drive increased online sales and adoption of a digital approach for existing customers.
  • Driving digital adoption through tactical activities and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to develop, implement and monitor sales trends, performances and market needs.
  • Creation and monitoring of internal and external communications.
  • Support with organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Work with the wider marketing team for new website concepts and development.
  • To support the business development team with establishing partnerships through research and content.
  • Ensure market awareness, to stay abreast of competitors and industry landscape to develop useful and relevant content to existing and potential customers.
  • Implement a cost-effective SEO strategy across all websites.
    • Develop and communicate an SEO strategy based on research and best practices.
    • Continually monitor and improve conversion rates through CRO & split testing.
    • Produce campaign reports and forecasts.
  • Support the wider department goals to increase conversion and engagement.
    • Keep wider commercial goals in mind when planning communications.
    • Seek to proactively increase internal and external engagement.
  • Support the team as a whole.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Communications team members to support department goals.
    • Collaborate with team members to support when large projects come in.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders from across the business to achieve department goals.
  • Be adaptable and agile when working with a variety of stakeholders from all levels to achieve their goals, your goals and the goals of the department.
