All of the roles we are recruiting for, will be working on cases brought under the Consumer Credit Act and in particular, following on from the Supreme Court decision in the case of Plevin.


We are currently structuring our own in-house Chambers and require Barristers who will have conduct of their own matters right the way through to representing the client in court in Fast and Multi Track matters.

The salary for this role is £25k to £50k dependent on demonstrable experience.

Solicitors & Legal Executives.

In this role, you will lead a team of 5-7 Paralegals, and whilst you will retain your own case load, your primary responsibility will be to ensure your team processes all cases in a professional and timely manner. Preferably, for this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years PQE. However, as reflected in our past recruitment, we are willing to recruit Trainee Solicitors and will offer Training Contracts to the right candidates.

The salary for this role is £25k-£50k dependent on PQE.


Our Paralegals are responsible for their own case load of matters. In this role, you would have significant support to ensure appropriate supervision and mentorship to grow your legal expertise through your work and would be reporting into a Solicitor or Legal Executive.

The salary for this role is £18k-£20k depending on demonstrable experience.

This area of law is challenging, fast paced and dynamic! You will deal with a continual case load, where you will engage and be met with legal arguments put forward by lenders, some of which are represented by the most well known and reputable firms in the country.  To succeed in this area, you will need confidence, good commercial awareness and business acumen, as well as be up for an intellectual challenge.
