We’re looking for someone to provide advice under IVA regulation on IVAs and other debt solutions. Completing reviews on Debt Management plans where the consumer meets basic IVA criteria, we need you to establish if the IVA is best advice and ensure the consumer feels empowered to make a considered and informed decision.

What do we need from you?

As an IVA Advisor, we need you to have:

  • A desire to be part of something bigger and make a real difference to our customer’s lives
  • A motivation to learn and constantly grow
  • A hardy determination to handle the pressure of a high pace environment and delivery of targets and deadlines
  • The desire to be proactive, accountable, resilient and prioritise own workload
  • A clear understanding and demonstration of customer focus

It’s helpful, but not essential for you to have:

  • 12 months or more experience in a drafting role, preferably Insolvency
  • Knowledge of the supervisory processes of IVA and drafting of Variation meetings

What would your typical day involve?

Every day is different at MoneyPlus, but typically you can expect to:

  • Complete and capture a comprehensive assessment of each customer’s circumstances, using prescribed scripts
  • Make recommendations on suitable solutions based on what you’ve learnt about your customer and issue relevant information and documentation
  • Handle high volumes of calls, adapting your approach to suit the caller and their needs whilst confirming understanding
  • Ensure systems and progress monitoring tools are utilised to measure campaign management effectively
  • Listen actively and use your objection handling skills where necessary to ensure solution value as well as answer communication effectively and proactively
  • Keep your admin up to date and connect with your team leaders and managers ensuring all information is up to date
